Hire Our Community Hub
The Hub is a beautiful modern space situated at the far end of our garden at the back of the gallery. It is suitable for creative workshops, independent exhibitions, private functions, talks, meetings, concerts, rehearsals or even as a therapy room.
We don’t offer the main gallery space for private hire, as it’s dedicated to our curated exhibitions and artists.
What you get:
Size 2.65m wide x 7m long (length includes workbench at far end).
Seats 10 people comfortably around our large central tables or 16 people in theatre style seating or in a circle.
There is a worktop, fridge and sink at the far end of the room.
Hire includes the optional use of 2 large tables and 16 chairs.
Includes use of the undercover patio area outside the event space looking out over the garden.
Tea & coffee making facilities will be provided.
Projector & screen available for an extra £20.
Price includes event listing on our website and a social media story promoting the event.
Hire hours 9.00 – 17.00 daily, no evening hire.
We are open every day, Monday to Sunday.
Please note – the gallery is open to the public between 11am & 5pm.
Payment must be made at time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to gallery@heartofthetribe.com.
Refunds depend on the notice given before your hire period begins:
28 days or more: a full refund.
At least 14 days but fewer than 28 days: a 50% refund.
Fewer than 14 days: no refund.

WEEKEND HIRE
£70 HALF DAY 9.00am - 1.00pm or 1.00pm -17.00 pm
£120 FULL DAY 9.00am - 17.00pm
WEEKLY HIRE
£500.00 | Mon - Sun 9.00am - 17.00pm
MONTHLY HIRE (28 days)
£1500.00 | Mon - Sun 9.00am - 17.00pm
