Hire Our Workshop Space

The Workshop is a beautiful modern space situated at the far end of our garden at the back of the gallery. It is suitable for creative workshops, independent exhibitions, private functions, talks, meetings, rehearsals or even as a therapy room.

What you get:

Size 2.65m wide x 7m long (length includes 64cm workbench at far end)

Seats 10-14 people comfortably around our large central tables or 16 people  in theatre style seating or in a circle.

There is a worktop, fridge and sink at the far end of the room

Hire includes the optional use of 2 large tables and 16 chairs

Includes use of the undercover patio area outside the event space looking out over the garden.

Prices include room set up and event listing on our website

Add Ons:

  • Tea & coffee making facilities can also be provided at a cost of £12.00 extra per half day or £20 for a full day.

  • Use of entire garden £15 per half day and £25 per full day.

  •  Projector & screen available for an extra £20.

(5 DAYS PUBLIC ACCESS PER WEEK 11.00 am – 17.00 pm. Closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays – no public access. Set up or private workshops/events only)

If hiring the space for the purpose of an exhibition please first speak to a member of gallery staff. Payment must be made at time of booking.

Please note – the gallery is open to the public between 11am & 5pm.

CANCELLATIONS

For any cancellation to be valid the gallery must be notified in writing via email to gallery@heartofthetribe.com. All cancellations must be made 28 days prior to the hire period to receive a full refund. Notification of cancellation with 14+ days notice will receive 50% refund and no refund will be issued for any cancellation thereafter.
