Julian’s passion for bringing people together and supporting artists is at the heart of everything we do.

Jolene’s journey to Heart of the Tribe blends her business acumen with a deep appreciation for the healing power of art. Joining the team in 2019, she oversees the gallery’s financial and administrative operations. With a background in Sales and Psychotherapy, Jolene has a unique perspective on how art can promote wellbeing. When not managing the gallery’s day-to-day, she’s exploring printmaking and modelling for photography, bringing her creative spirit into everything she does.

Kim is a creative powerhouse and a beloved member of the Glastonbury community. A graduate of Central St. Martins, she brings a lifelong passion for art, photography, and graphic design to everything she does. As the founder of the Glastonbury Mural Trail, she’s dedicated to bringing art into public spaces. Kim’s involvement in local creative projects and her role at Heart of the Tribe ensures that the gallery remains a dynamic and inspiring space for both artists and visitors.

With a degree in Fashion Merchandise Management from the University of Westminster, Dee has a strong foundation in Branding, Product Development, and Strategy. After gaining industry experience in the retail industry, she transitioned to freelance graphic design, working across multiple disciplines. Passionate about all things art, Dee brings her creativity to Heart of the Tribe, helping to shape the identity of the gallery.

As a graduate of The Manchester School Of Art, Alex continues to invest himself in the local and broader contemporary art scene. His love for printmaking, art history and art theory all inform his work as a practicing artist. He has organised multiple independent exhibitions with the Manchester based art collective No Face. Alex brings his creative insight and curatorial passion to his role at Heart of the Tribe.

Sam is the green-fingered talent behind our award-winning garden, which has become much-loved. His dedication and care have transformed the outdoor space into a flourishing sanctuary that continues to receive compliments from visitors and locals alike. Recognised by Glastonbury in Bloom, Sam’s work brings a natural beauty and seasonal charm to Heart of the Tribe, making the garden an inspiring space for the community.
