Drinks & Refreshments
Your ticket includes one complimentary glass of mead, with a possible refill if availability allows. A variety of soft drinks, tea, and coffee will also be available for those who prefer not to drink alcohol or for guests under the age of 18.
Complimentary nibbles will include both vegetarian and meat options. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for vegan/gluten-free dietary requirements.
A selection of sweet and savoury nibbles will be available in the community hub throughout the evening. Please note that quantities are limited, once items are gone, they are gone. We cannot guarantee that all options will still be available for guests arriving later in the evening.
Refund Policy
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 14 days before the event.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 7–14 days before the event.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
However, tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
If the event ends early due to circumstances beyond our control (including accidents or emergency situations), we will unfortunately be unable to offer refunds.
Raffle Terms
Raffle prizes must be claimed on the evening of the event.
Winning ticket numbers will be drawn at random from a hat at 8:30pm on Saturday 2nd May. The prizes will be displayed during the event, and winners may choose their preferred prize as their number is drawn.
If you are unable to stay until the raffle draw, you may give your ticket to another attendee to claim your prize on your behalf.
If a winning number is called and no one is present to claim the prize, the win will be forfeited and another ticket will be drawn.
Prizes are subject to change without notice, but will include at least one original piece of art and a selection of Heart of the Tribe merchandise.
