Creative Art Therapy Group | A free weekly creative therapy group hosted by qualified therapist Kubi May.

Each week, you'll be gently guided to explore a different emotional theme, from which to make art. You will reflect on, create, and uncover hidden symbolic messages from your subconscious through the creative process. Sessions end with a relaxing, guided visual meditation to help integrate your insights.
